Emotions can be scary, sometimes we fear then and hide them away.
However, emotions are often our friends. They tell us things we need to know. Anxiety tells us that something in our lives needs to change.
Deep sadness shows us that we need to heal ourselves. Anger when harnessed appropriately, energises us to do something about our situation, rather than simply accept it.
Recognising our feelings is the first step towards understanding ourselves and what we need.
